MEET ELIZABETH 


With 30 years of experience in the real state industry, Elizabeth has successfully assisted in developing and managed 40 commercial retail properties, specializing in strip centers and malls across the Northeast, West, and Mid regions. She has also effectively managed a massive 500,000-square-foot shopping center and 400 residential units in New York City.  

Elizabeth's expertise is further backed by her impressive education from NYU in Real Estate and several certifications, including CPM, building systems, water and energy conservation, and residual fuel operation. As head of Camrose's team, across New York, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Elizabeth is ready to bring her extensive knowledge and skills to any property management project you need.

 OCCUPANCY AND TENANT RELATIONS
  - Screen applicants using software to conduct background, credit checks, and rental history.

 - Preserve occupancy through lease requirements and brokerage services. 

 - Manage maintenance requests, handling rent collection and arrears/non-payment.

MARKETING & FINANCIAL

 - Coordinate insured vendor and contractor services for repairs and maintenance.

Practice preventive maintenance, cure violations, and uphold rules & regulations.
